always remember that the vats only cuts of the fuel, it wont keep the starter from turning over, thats a common problem that pepole think. if the starter wont ever turn over its not the vats system.

Obviously, you have underestimated my laziness. Remember, I write checks, not turn wrenches. I leave that to the pros. Last I heard it was turning over, just wont keep idle (this morning). Now, I believe he has run into the VATS problem.
Looks like I need a site that can host html files cause I can't save the wiring diagrams as anything else. I'll see if it will work as an attachment. Here is the 99 starting schematic, if it works I'll post the 2001. If not I'll need to email you the files. [attachmentid=589]

YES VATS is the problem now, anyone know how to turn these off, what all can be used to turn them off? The dude said exactly what brandon said its trying to start, but the VATS r workin too good :( need this guys can get truck back after this is resolved!!!
So, after spending all this time and money on a conversion you didn't get a PCM tuned by Allen? He can turn the VATS off while doing you a hotrod tune. They aren't as expensive as the full blown dyno/lifetime tune. Just get the lifetime tune and be done with it, you will be happily impressed just like the rest of us. If you don't want to do that, buy your own copy of HPTuner for your truck and do it yourself. You can always get one of those cheap other guys tunes but you'll get what you paid for.

Do you know someone with HPT for your year model truck? They can turn it off for you. EFIlive, HPT, or LS1Edit can all do it.
I can only do 2000 6.0's with my HPTuners.
