Awesome! are you going to cam that motor too? Change the rod bolts and spin that thing to 7,000 RPM!

lol, I don't know about 7,000 rpms. But it will definitely be getting a cam eventually.
Snowday's are good, but we have to make them up in the summer, which sucks 'cause if we get too many I won't be able to go to Formula D in Wall NJ.
Anyone from here plan on going to that???
Update! Picked up the engine from Bow Auto parts in NH today. I feel I got a great deal, every accessory, computer, mounts, everything except the tranny for $850.

Yeah, ARP rod bolts are worth the money. Take it back apart and replace those. When you put it back together, double check the oil sump to bottom of pan clearance. Make sure you put about a 1/2" ball of clay on the sump and set the pan firmly down and measure your clay, should be at least 1/4".
Our shop or Bow's? My pics only show about 1/3 of our shop. We run a full service auto shop (state inspection, collision work, tire rotation/change, anything and everything) out of our own garage that is about 20ft from our house. We have two lifts, a brand new rotary and a body shop type lift, paint bench, dad just bought a brand new HUGE snap on tool box because he was sick of having two boxes, tire change and balance machines, and so much more.
If anyone wants some pics I can post some. Bow was a nice place too.

Yeah, i spent four days in west yellowstone pounding the snow on a rented RMK600...wish they had the 800's for rent, but they didn't....they were 155" tracks though with 2" paddles....powder was AWESOME! especially coming from indiana where we dont' get enough snow to drive sleds anywhere...Quote:
