Park neutral switch question

Just started my swap today. Pulled both engines and trannies.
So here is the first of I'm sure about 1 million questions to come.
My donor tahoe is an 2004 2wd automatic 5.3
The truck it's going in is an 97 rcsb 2wd.
The donor trans has only 1 plug for the park neutral switch and the 97 had 2. Do I just need to swap over the original 2 plug switch or will the 1 plug switch work?

I believe you can just put the switch with 2 plugs on the trans and plug it in

Yes just put the 2 plug switch on it
