I am going to have a return rail for the fuel. Whats the cheapest/ easiest way to run the fuel lines?
cheapest.... use some 5/16: fuel line and run a return line to the filer neck to gas tank
easiest..... let a quality shop like DB Rods do a nice fuel system for you... they do awesome work...

You might be able to use what you already have? Add on some high pressure fuel line with a quick fitting to the rail.
 @ mic
what kind of fuel pump are you using? similar to stock? run your lines down the basic location that it would on a newer style truck and then use the return fitting on top of the gas tank or, do what Mic said and plumb it into the filler
What year is your truck with the V6? If 96-up it already has a return line. If not just use the sending unit and pump from a 96-98 and run line to the fitting on the new sender unit.
Yes it is a 97. It does have a return. I meant what fittings/ other things, will I need to connect the v6 fuel lines to the lq4 rail. It also will have a walbro.
I believe russell fittings makes a fitting that will allow you to push it on the stock gm fuel rails and be left with a female or male -6 end.
Since the stock v6 fuel lines probably have 5/16" and 3/8" pipe or straight thread on them, you might just want to cut them off and use some -6an to hardline compression fittings.
Then attach the rail fittings to the new ends on the feed/return lines.
ding ding ding, everyone to their corners
