    Will 16" Fit 2000 silverado

hey im a new member to this forum,
i was wondering if anybody could help me out

Recently i had 20" wheels on my truck, but one of them has a hole in the sidewall so im in the process of buying new wheels/tires,
    http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-84-6883/

those are what im most likely going with wrapped in 235/65/16 Goodyear

question is do those fit the newer body style 2000's? or would i have to with 17's?

and do you think those tires will look right? or what dimensions(trying to go for touring/performance/allseason tires, not all terrains) would?

+1 on them fitting. The soft 8 style in the summit brand fit on my '06 even though they weren't supposed to. I do only have about 1/8" of clearance with my front calipers though.

The wheels will fit fine, I would go with a little taller tire though, those will look really short on your truck. A 245/70/16 has some good width and will fill the wheel wells better.

Thanks for all the replys guys, ill most likely will be getting these in about 2 weeks or so I'll post some pictures when it's all said and done,. And I have another question,. What would be a fair price to sell my old wheels and tires there 20" aluminum wrapped in falken ziex with on a high estimate 10k miles so there pretty beefy, or should I just keep them Incase I decide to put them back on?

Look on your door jamb for the factory size tire and wheel that came with the truck......the label will also include load rating.

well i got them mounted and balanced with a 235/75 i got a set for 130 mounted and balanced just needed them till december or so,

but i didnt like how they looked though they look tiny on my truck so im saving up to buy 255/70 BFG Rugged Trail and getting a leveling kit and most likely a Locker since its 2WD With No G80

Valuetrac/4.10s FTW!!! You won't need a leveling kit for that tire. It's only a hair over 30" tall. If you are wanting a more off-road rugged look I would go with at least a 31-32" Tire. Some guys even run a 33" tire with only a leveling kit. I would also go with BFG Mud terrains or the equivalent from General Tire.
