Looking to get SSS wheels and new tires

I found these on street dreams with tires delivered for 1300. Is that too much?
Anyone know somewhere better to get the tires or wheels?
Oh and the tire size is 275/45 20. Need to be all season tires or something that will perform reasonably in winter weather.
    Thanks

Okay I will keep that in mind how much heavier are they? I am not too worried since this won't be the go fast truck just looking for an appearance upgrade mostly the stockers on this truck are terrible.

Okay I think I may get the rims and just get the tires elsewhere since I figure I will have to get them mounted and balanced anyways and I maybe able to get a better price locally. I figure 190each delivered for the wheels is the best price I will be able to find.
    Any suggestions on tire size?

I was thinking 275/45 20 because I want to keep some sidewall and they seem to be the least expensive in my searches however I am open to suggestions.

well as you know she doesn't like lowered trucks she thinks they should be big sooooo.... you know the thing looks like it sits low up front already. I am going to level it so 1 or 2 in up in front and put the SSS 20's and a decent size tire on. If she decides it needs to go up anymore it might get 3in spindles and the spacers will come off. If I decide it looks funny at that point might go with different wheels.

IMO....buy those 16's I have, put 285/75's on them and put the spacer up front and new shocks....

Remember what mine looked like with them on it? Shoot I'll even get the coated black for you if you want...

Edit: Heres pics for you of mine...stock 4WD height with those 16's and 285/75 BFG AT's.

This is with the rear block removed...

Seems like a decent price IMO. I have some OEM SS wheels sitting in my garage collecting dust. If you are interested in them LMK. They are the painted versions ( silver ) off an 06 SS. Currently they have 305 50 20 nitto terra grapplers, but they are nearly done.
