I've purchased an 02 5.3 and 4l60E for swap into my 81C10 but I need to convert the trans to 2WD. I'm assuming I need an output shaft, yoke, and tail housing. Anyone have the GM part numbers I need? or maybe have the parts I need lying around?

You will need a complete transmission gasket set, too. Be sure you get one for the right year model. Pay particular attention to the valve body seperator gaskets, put the wrong ones in and you'll toast your transmission.
