    Best Scan Tool

I need to buy a scan tool. I narrowed it down to these three. All three are from MATCO: MPS700, 3160 or 1403. http://www.matcotools.com/Catalog/to...page=13&#66428 and http://www.matcotools.com/Catalog/to...&page=7&#66071. If you have any other suggestions on a scan tool feel free to post them up, and tell me why it is better or why you prefer it. Thanks, Art...

for that price, why not just buy hptuners? you'll be able to do a lot more than scan.
i think the std version is 450, need to check though.

I didn't know hptuners could read codes. I have a check engine light on right now, will it clear it and tell me what is wrong with it?
