    stock steel wheels widened?

So I'm wanting to buy 2 17" steel wheels and have them widened to 10" or 11"

Has any body had this done or know some one that had went this route.

Bogart wheels for 2 17x10s not sure of bs shipped $1000.

Looking for some rear wheels I can throw a fat wide 305 or 315 tire.

    Thanks

I have seen a couple people do it. The silver sleeper had widened rears if I remember right. I would like to do something along those lines in a sleeper build I have planned.

Won't fit on a NBS because of back spacing. You can google it to see my proof. A 10" widened stock hits leaf springs without having a stupid huge spacer.

Because of the back spacing you will have to run a spacer. That's kind of a short side wall and shorter side wall means less bite. They make 28x10x17 Hoosiers that hook perfectly on stock wheels if hooking up is what your looking for.

Hoosiers I found 275/40/17 and 245/45/17 on tire rack for $220 piece.
Where can I find Hoosiers in standard size like that?
    Thanks

Don't look for a drag radial.

I go right to the source my sister inlaw works at smileys racing so that's my source.

What makes you want a drag radial over a full slick? "Street racing"?
