Thread: fuel solenoid location

    fuel solenoid location

should i put the fuel noid as close to the nozzle as possible on a standalone 6-7 psi system for faster fuel enrichment?

I use a 12" line from the nozzel to fuel noid on all the kits ive done.

I would recommend having the noids as close as possible to the nozzle on any kit.

No prob. Like already was said, i agree to keeping them closer to the nozzel. Although ive done up to a 24" line before and there was no difference.

In my experience, the fuel noid closer is better. As a matter of fact, I normally keep my fuel noid much closer than my nitrous noid because the nitrous travels faster than fuel.
