need help,im new to site and wanted to know if anybody has any suggestions on a clutch kit for my truck.its a 05 sierrs rst 4.8 ,5 speed manual transmission.or is it time to change to t56,would it fit?

If your keeping the 5speed. Centerforce. And you can go t56

i read somewhere that it would bolt right on?

Simple especially since your starting with a 5 speed truck. Get an LS T56, car flywheel & clutch and pressure plate, slave, and your driveshaft shortened a wee bit, a kit from keisler to get the shifter moved ahead so its close to the 5speed hole, or cut a new hole.
