Hi, I'm new to this web site. I was refered to this site by some guys at the Avalanvhe fan club site. I want to put a 2005 e-fan on my 2004 Analanche. I have a brand new fan for a 2005 avalanche, A Nelson Harness and a 250 amp alternator. You might think the alternator altinator is over kill but I also have a big sound system with 3 amps that draw alot of power. Any way, I have never done this conversion before. Nelson's said if I pull my PCM and send it to them thay could program it. But I would rather not do that. I would like to keep it hooked up on the truck to avoid any problems with the PCM having to relearn when I put it back in. Where can I go localy to get this done? A dealer? Will they know what I'm talking about? I live in the Fort Worth Texas area. Is this a hard conversion? I have some skills but like I said I have never done this one before. Any help at all would be greatly appreceated. Thanks

Call Billy at TRTTurbo.com. They can do the install and turn the pin on in the PCM without ever removing it. They are in Arlington on Cooper, 2 miles north of I20.

Went there today and had him install everything for a really reasonable price. They were great. They do custom tunes so I'm going to take the Diablo tune out and have them custom tune it. They really seem to know thier stuff. Thanks again for the info.

I would have but Nelson's in about 300 miles away. The guys at TRT Performance did a great job and they are local.
