I think he has/will remove a good amount for track next time.
My truck race weight is like almost 5,000 exactly.
2013 EC Silverado aka redruM (Just a couple bolt ons.)
2007 RC Silverado aka ?
1998 Trans AM aka Red Dragon
"Your pull your truck to the track on a trailer, I race you with a truck that pulled a trailer to the track."
I pulled the spare tire and bracket, the hitch, and have been thinking on a roll pan(how much does the factory bumper weigh). THe bed cover and speaker box will come out next time down the track. Not sure what else i can remove with ease
Yeh, my cousin in Mexico bought Parish's truck a couple years ago. It kept spliting the block so he replaced it with a LSX block that is now a 427 and some 6 bolt heads from WCCH. He lost interest on it shortly after and has been running his NNBS tuck instead with a LSX 440 with Procharger F1R into the 9's.
BTW, I would definitely consider Stock 48's truck a true street truck and a sleeper to boot. I saw him run yesterday with a dumbed down version and he ran 7.0 in the 1/8 letting off the gas 3/4 through. That was with a sock 6.0 and the smaller GT76 turbo on low boost. He drove to the track here in SoCal from Colorado and raced it still using the street tires. That is until they kicked him off the track for running to fast.

Stock48 also took it out to a 1/4 track and ran 10.8 that way. Here is some info on that pass and his current setup.

BTW, I posted vids of Parish's truck how it looks now with the SS conversion on PT and maybe on here too.
