Ya my rubber hose running into my trans cooler is 3/8. I did get all my fittings today from summit, what I ended up doing was getting a -6 AN to 3/8 hose barb and ill just connect the rubber lines to my braided lines. Im still unsure of the right fittings that screw into the actual 4l80e case though. The part number from summit is #640520.....http://www.summitracing.com/parts/RUS-640520/ but they just dont look right. they seem to small. I don't know maybe im wrong, once i get a chance to get out to the barn ill try putting them in. Is your tranny 4l80e? And if you can, that would be great if you could look up the fittings you used in your case.

Got some things done today: Had to redo the fuel system (again) since my LSX system was returnless. I got the corvette filter/ reg and my stainless braided lines to fit. Its connected to the intake and ready to go. Also plumbed my tranny lines using -6 stainless braided hose. Connected to the tranny, still need to figure out what route im going to go with hooking it up to my rad. and cooler. Drilled my water pump also for the steam vent and got rid of all that hose thats unnecessary. Used a 11/32 drill bit then tapped it. I bought a 1/8 to 3/16 hose barb off summit and got that in.

    Still need to :
    Figure out belt alignment issue
    Find right size belt
    connect gas pedal module

Also bought my Oil pressure and coolant temp sensor adapters from speedwaymotors.com------>>>>> WAY cheaper than S&P...plus S&Ps site is horrible for shopping/trying to find something you need. Its a mess!
    START WIRING-----YIKES

Did find 2 pics of the harnesses we were going to attempt to mate together. Once we sat down and looked at that, we decided to call Nelson's up tomorrow to see what pricing is going to be lol. So if anyone is looking for a harness forsale, my LS harness out of a 05 6.0 MIGHT be for sale if Nelsons doesn't need it to rework things.

i believe nelson charges 450 to rework your harness and 650 for a new one. or something like that.

Since I am having nelson do my harness now, I think I am going to switch to drive by cable while I am at it since I dont have a ecm yet. So my electronic gas pedal (has been modded to fit obs truck) and the gas pedal control box (with wires) is probably going to be up for grabs. I plan on getting a DBC ecm and 96-98 vortec throttle cable to run with a LS1 DBC throttle body.

Anyone see problems that I will run into?

Ok Ill keep that in mind, UNTIL I get ahold of Nelson's ( They aren't answering their phones for some reason today, or returning my messages) I am going to hold on to it until I know what my plan is for the harness and DBW/DBC. Ill get some pics of my setup for ya soon. I got it setup for WOT once it hits the carpet and I have it setup with 2 bolts one of the very top and i drilled the bottom one in the firewall and put a nut on the other side
