    yea i wish i knew what the wire on the other side go to. the one with the firewall grommet. after i cut off everything i got 4 or 5 wires comin from there that dont go anywhere. lucky u got freinds to come help..ive done everything so far by myself.

    yeah, i have about 6 wires that i cut that go into the grommet, yellow, purple, tan, white, green, & black w/ white stripe. they went to the ECU so i'm thinking they were just for data.

    oh ok cool. i didnt have that many. yellow white green black or something idk. im going to plug everything up tomorrow and cross my fingers lol

    Ur trucks gonna be sick when its done. Ive always liked the caddy front ends on those. Keep it up

    In the same GM Service Manuel, they show what those wires go to, coming out of the passenger side firewall.

    it's in!!!!! i used the middle position on the adapter plates. i don't think the headers would have fit if i would have went 1" forward or 1" back. i'm using the Camaro trans & had to move my trans cross member back about an inch, fortunately the holes where already there.
    now it's time to start the wiring & plumbing.
