Ok. Found another problem. After I fillup the truck, it takes several times turning over before it will finally start. It only happens after I open the fuel cap and fillup. I know that your vehicle will run differently if the cap is loose or off but it not wanting to start is something different. I have not tried the LS3 throttle body yet but it should be in today. That might clear it up but may not. Any suggestions? This has only been happening since I swapped intakes & TB's. I swapped TB's and installed the LS3 and it did not clear up the stumbling at startup. Kinda puzzled at this point. Don't know what is causing these problems. It runs fine otherwise (thru all gears at wot now with the LS3 tb) but it is aggravating that it stumbles almost to dying every time that I start it and will not start after filling up.

I just passed on that question to the tuner. I am not sure what was changed but will look into it. I have not figured anything out yet and I am aggrevated to the point of wanting to take the larger intake off because I have not found any solutions. I am getting a too lean code on bank 1&2 while driving but the main thing is the stumble at startup and not wanting to start after fillup. Could this cause these problems also are do I have fuel delivery problems? At the track, it was not any faster and my mph has been low for the last 3 times that I went. ET is average but mph is down. Any suggestions at this point would be appreciated.

Just heard back from him and he said he changed the ETC from .0170 to .0123. Was this correct? I went from from a 3 bolt 75 mm to a 88mm TB and intake and then I went to a 90mm LS3. I was suprised that the WOT was only off by less than 2% when we check it. Any & all suggestions would be appreciated at this point. Between the intake, TB and TB adapter, I have $750+ invested and are seeing no results.

I bought a fuel pressure gauge and hooked it up today. At the turn of the key, I had 60psi. At half throttle it would drop about 2 lbs and then back up to 60 psi at cruising speed. I ran it WOT thru first and second gear only. The pressure dropped almost to 55-56 psi at the top of each rev but would immediately come back up to 60 psi as soon as I let off. I filled up tonite and wanted to see if the fuel pressure would drop as it would have trouble trying to start the engine. It stayed at 60 psi the whole time. Can I rule out the fuel pump as the problem now? Does anyone have any other suggestions, I am stumped at this point.

After coming up with no other options, I took off the TBSS intake and replaced it with my stock setup. It is now for sale if anyone wants it. $750 for the ported 88mm intake, 34 lb injectors, fuel rail, LS3 90 mm throttle body & torque rush 8 pin to 6 pin adapter. PM me if you are interested. I will ship inside the 48 states the setup for that cost. I also have a 88mm truck TB that I was using at first but it was shutting down at wot. I had ported the lip out of it. Don't know what was causing the shutdown, just swapped it for the LS3. $100 for it.
