2500 RPM but how far down the track does it take to start making decent boost?

A little bit past the 60ft. Its mostly motor and like 2-3 pounds of boost that pushes it to the 60ft. Then it comes in.

Ahhh I see then how the converter doesn't help build boost like I thought it might considering the higher leave RPM.

Wish it did but I only saw like 2 pounds on the line, but when I leave it just drops

I tried that on the stock converter and it wanted to walk off the line. It even started spinning when I stood on the brake and gas last night.

Its just going to be an LS6 cam. I just want my MPH back and an 11.9

you now have a converter. you have more room to build boost. this has been done over and over again with boosted regals and Sy/TYs. mph is lost due to converter.

try the sy/ty shuffle now that you have the converter. youll get your boost off line
