    Skip the jet stuff. If you are going to have a cpu in the truck hptuners or e.f.i.live. If you are going to want to be able to tune it going down the road hands down the best two systems out that I know of. Gives you COMPLETE details of what your ride is doing while its doing it. Its what the pros use. haha.
    If you are wanting 500 on motor you will need some pretty serious cubes... If you want that number on the ground at least.... Otherwise I think everyone will agree that Turbo is the way to go... That or ... or just do both and cross your fingers it dont blow up like I am wanting to try! haha.

    are you wanting 500 crank/whp and 500 n/a or power adder? 500WHP N/A will be kind of hard. let us know so we can get you headed in the right direction. i would say start from the back and move forward. don't want a BA motor with a busted @zz tranny/reaer end

    ^+1 your trans will go out with just bolt ons.... So will the rear end in time.... And why did he call me stupid. haha

    we're all stupid in someway. whether it be that girl in high school that you ditched your friends for before she broke your heart. stupid enough to say your alright after drinking one too many and getting a DWI. etc, etc, etc

    Ok so I have some things I need, some things I have to move, and some advice. Look like atleast until fall most of the engine stuff is off. My budget just does not allow for it right now. When you see the truck you will understand.

    When it comes to the engine I have the maf, I will make a cold air (as I have a cutom app), I have E3 plugs, new wires, and will get a programmer. What's the next most important thing to do with that engine? Header? I was thinking the banks torque tube, but it's like $700. I want a better sounding exhaust but that might have to be back burner until I get this thing finished and atleast driving. Thoughts???

    I NEED lots of stuff, as I cannot post in wants, here ya have it. I need a pass side door glass for 99-06 mines an '01. I need, Escalade cladding parts, stering wheel, airbag, pull handle maybe even dash cover. back to Silverado I need a short bed, and for some reason, I can't think of all the toher stuff I need. Lol, damn some days I hate my brain.


    As far as color, I'm thinking a high flake (small flake) medium blue, with a dark candy oriental blue over that to mild out the flakes, then fade it to black along the bottom. The interior will be black leather and seude I'm thinking.

    Ok folks lay it on me here.
