I am confused. Wouldn't it depend on the location in the elbow, AND the type of induction?

NA motor "pulls" the air through the elbow, which makes it flow more (read denser) at the inside corner? FI is pushing it, so it would ride more along the outside? That would lead me to believe position vs induction could read differently.

Granted, it may be so minisule it doesn't count...so at this point I am mainly questioning my theory.

Guys smarter than me please chime in!!

I would think it would be best in the side of the elbow and in the middle in relationship from front to back.

mean i didnt read the whole thread but on the back of the elbow, ( maybe different for forced induction) theres a plate welded to the elbow at the bottom of the 90 this is where i put my sensor ( middle) tapped to 1/8 using a brass nipple and a very short piece of hose, next to it i put the mod vacuum port, and on the other side the i used it for another vacuum line, cant remember which one lol if i still had the elbow i could send a pic how i had it setup.. sorry

so you are talking about at the base where the elbow bolts to the intake....on one side it is already tapped on the intake itself for a vacuum line which i will use for the FPR till i get the new rails on there...so you are saying tap the base at the same place on the other side?
