Yes i tried it with two switches. I have a brand new one allen gave me an the old one from stock. both are doing the same thing. No matter were i turn it to, it wont light up any of the gears that already don't light up.

    Try a different cluster.

The cluster doesn't matter because I've tried 96-2000 and they all work the same. ChevyLee, did you say you pulled the switch off and turned it by hand with it plugged in? Did you leave the NS switch connected to the old harness or is it all in the new harness? Sorry for all of the questions but this is driving me crazy!!

Its also driving me crazy. It is connected to the new harness. i pulled it out, left it plugged in used my ratchet to turn it *it just so happen to fit in the hole*. I turned it and watched the orange light move, it would go P R then it would shut off, then come back on in 3 and 2 then shut off. I put it back on while it said it was in R but it was really in P. Moved it a few times and shut it off, then turned it back on and it went back to P hair pulling

I'm aware they all work the same, I was thinking that maybe some LEDs were out.

Any update on the "rainbow" gauge wiring?

Ya, that sucks! I wanted to buy a set for my truck a few years back and they said they probably wouldn't produce them.

This is the info I got from worley.1

I spoke to Jerod at Current Performance and he told me to take the Purple/white and Yellow/white wires from the factory harness going to the VSS and hook them up to the wires going to the VSS coming from the 4L60E which are Purple/white and Green/white on the harness that I have from Current Performance. he said that I need to scotchlock them. Purple/white to Yellow/white and Purple/White to Green/white. I know seems backwards. I will try it and let you know if it works.

He tried this and it works.

I tried this on my 4l80E and the speedo works! Im so happy!!
