    Hey what is the difference in dbc and dbw??? which one is better? does one give better throttle response?

    Was this engine a gen III or gen IV???? anyone know if the gen IV is better??? better how???

    I already answered that earlier for you. DBW is an electronic throttle body. DBC is a mechanical cable driven throttle body. The throttle response is equal.

    put some trans fluid in the truck today and drove it forward about 20 feet. progress lol

    update:

    spent all day today helping a guy from FSC put a body lift on his 94 suburban. ran into a few snags with the shift linkage and e brake...but he ended up trading me his 20's for new poly body mounts. also i put the truck in gear and drove it around a little.

    im thinking about painting them black and doing a red pinstripe around the outer rim. what do u guys think? a lil plasti dip?

    first time shes moving on her own power since the swap.
