Call of Duty Black Ops

So is black ops worth buying. Just hurts me ever time to spend 65 bucks.

The story mode for Black Ops was really cool, i beat it in one sitting last night took about 4 hours. However i do like the online multiplayer better for MWF2 better. i dunno if thats because i have more seat time on that game and this one is so new. I guess ill just have to get more time in on the online mode and see how it plays out.

I don't know why they have to come out with a new one every year, a few new map packs every few months would tide me over for a couple years. Besides, I haven't had the chance to fully prestige in MW2 anyway. Now I prolly never will, just like in WAW and MW.

I just cant use the small girly controllers of the PS3 thats the main reason I like the xbox is the controller set up....

I know, I'm halfway through my 8th prestige on MW2. Heres why I dont like Black Ops:

1) slow movement
2) movement is less fluid than MW2, I feel like I'm playing World at War (hated it)
3) if you don't get the drop on them, you're dead.
4) knifing is pathetic slow

there was a whole big lawsuit with the black ops. the main 2 guys that made the MW and MW2 got fired out of no where and they sued actavision for writes and all that non sense. So thats partially why BO is so different then the MW's. But the two guys that got the boot said they are going to make a game to blow COD away and then retire from making games, kinda like one last freak you before they leave the gaming scene.

Agreed. I can't stand how slow it is. I feel like I'm playing on a damn original 16 bit Sega.
Also I feel like the graphics are not as good as MW2 and the online aspect is definitely sub par for what they hyped it up to be. It was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread and failed miserably in my mind.

Treyarch sucks balls. I havent liked any game they have worked on.
