    Replace the 4x6's with 5.25's. Only a little trimming.

    Probably not unless you are using 4g to each from a 1/0 and distribution block or 4g each from the battery. The 400 would probably be okay on good 8g.

    If you are wanting to only run one wire to a distribution block, I would. You could also get away with running one 4g for the sub amp and an 8g for the mid/high amp, the choice is yours.

    Need to also make sure your alternator puts out enough. My set up draws 880 watts RMS so it calls for bout 130 amps for the sound system plus more for the truck to run. So I put in a 200 amp alt.
