What is the pn for the new truck manifold? I might want to go that route to keep the low end & mid range torque.

What's the pn for the truck manifold? Are there any other mods required beside the xlink tb adapter for the 90mm tb? What about the fuel rail? Can I use the one from my truck or do I need one for an LS2?

OK, I found a 90mm truck intake from a trailblazer SS and I already had a 4 bolt TB from the same application. The intake comes complete with fuel rails and injectors but the plugs on the injectors look different from the ones on my 2006 5.3L. Is that an optical illusion or am I going to need another adapter? Beside the Xlink adapter for the TB and a new tune, what else will I need to make the to the 90mm setup?

Splice what wires together? Mine has 8 pins and the new TB connector has 6 pins. Two wires are not being used, just don't know which two. Are you talking about the TB or the injectors?

He is talking about splicing the injector connectors on, which you can do or buy adapters.
It is one of the 5v and one of the reference wires that get left out, but you have to have the xlink for a 03-07 classic.

I measured the injector height and they measure the same and fit in the TBSS fuel rail so I guess I will just use mine on the new intake. I don't have the plugs for the ones that came with the intake anyway. I am waiting on my throttle body adapter plug (from torque rush) to come in and then I'll be ready to install the larger intake & tb. Hopefully that will happen this weekend. If the 88mm intake and tb doesn't help, it might be time for a 6.0L ( or 6.2)!
