Which year truck? The Pacesetters for the NNBS suck. Either way, 1 3/4 would be right for you.

I have an 08 4x4 and got their 4x4 headers as soon as they came out. Had hell getting them to fit together.

i just put pacesetters on my 06 4x4 anything that pacesetter makes that they say fit 4x4 doesn't fit worth a crap its alot of bending, prying and pinging to get them to fit around the 4x4 driveshaft and it still looks like its hitting once i got them set in finally they had to come back off to get the y pipe to fit together 4x4 + Pacesetter = hell

I've heard they're okay. My issue wasn't with the headers fitting, it was the Y pipe. It can't be put together and THEN put on because it wont slip into the headers that way. It has to be done piece by piece. I ended up taking a sawzall to mine and cutting about 1" off each connecting piece and then grinding the edges down smooth. They ended up fitting a lot better, but I still had to take a BFH to one side to pound it into the other side (the crossover in the middle). Now I have a dented up Y that leaks if I don't tighten it every month or so.

Headers are very much a case of getting what you pay for. A lot of guys run pacesetters because they serve the purpose and are cheap, but they're also JUNK.

i had the same issue with my y once i got the headers bolted down even with the crossmember holdin the transmission gone i still couldnt get the y to go on i had to completely unbolt the headers and have a friend hold them with i got it pieced together then rebolt everything back up...now looking back i should have just waited one more paycheck and bought a better pair they get the job done but were a hassel to get on and probably gonna be a hassel later down the road after they get a few years on them

No one for the NNBS yet. ARH is 1500+ and Dynatech (very nice on the NNBS) is 1200+
