there's not alot of room for the airfilter because of the cowl as well...and i don't know if he's willin to take a sawzall to the cowl yet

George Ive had the 4150 on there for a while. Throttle response is pretty damn quick with it. Yea I knew you stuck yours back there with your fast intake. Right now I just have a carb hat with a 3in opening, its a freebie. Im going to get one with a 4 in opening. A 14 in air cleaner wont fit, the throttle linkage is in the way for one.

yep i do to but it aint going to work. im not going to spend alot of money of tryin to find a base and top that will work. its going to require a very thin air filter also

a 10 or 12' wouldnt clear?

nope...it would take a very thin filter to work...some guys from arkansas did one on their truck called the woodhauler but i don't think they really liked it...the guys name on pt.net was rhino79 i think

the main problem is with my my throttle body, the arm the the linkage links to is too high and hits the bottom pan.

well if you figure something out that works let me know. i was thinking that intake setup and a round filter so it looks old school.

If I do find somethin Ill let ya know.. truck has been sittin for 6 months or so. I know were a 4l60e with a shift kit is if I can get it with out the guy knowin, that way I can have something to drive.
