    You didn't have the larger rotors. Mine is an 04 as well that I run 16's on. It changed later.

    many 04s came with 16s from the factory. it was in 05 that all the factory wheels (at least for 1500s) went to 17s
    00 FRC - just top end, exhaust, and a hot-air intake

    its late 04 and 05+ that have the bigger rotor. I may still be wrong there, but I know 05+ have to have 17"+. I'm pretty sure some 04's still came with 16" rims drum or disc.
