prob 3 might also be the front driveshaft.
You might consider buying a submarine. They are made to be submerged.

99RCSB Broke because I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on my truck.
The problem with the whole front diff theory is that it only does it in 2wd. In 4wd it dont shake or anything. and the 4wd works fine... hang on guys i just got home and im fixin to go take pics of that driveshaft for problem 3 and put them on here.

Bad u-joint?? Maybe the bolts holding the saddles in place are rubbing in to the driveshaft because of slop in the u-joint......Which could make a loud noise and cause violent shaking.
1991 Silverado ECLB
LM7-T56
Either the tailshaft of the T/C is broken off or the rear driveshaft is bent....those are the only two things I can think of that would make the u-strap bolts hit the shaft near the rear yoke....and if it was bent that badly, it would make one helluva noise.
ok. well tommorrow im gonna see about changing that u-joint and see if that fixes it. because i do have some slack in it.

tq as in torque converter?? wouldnt that cause driveability problems? also what could cause my driveshaft to bend? it doesnt have any impact marks on it.. just a little dirt thats all.

T/C = transfer case in my post.
You'd have to high center it or hit something to bend the shaft....unless your truck is brutally powerful and hooks really well....
