Go to car-part.com select 2009 silverado 1500 (99 and up) head(cylinder) then 4.8
About 10 or 12 down are 5-6 heads for 125-150. Most are in AR or LA but shipping should still put you in the $300 range.
If you type in 2008 silverado 1500 motor then LY2 4.8 you get a yard in savannah GA For 435$ or hazel hurst GA for $400.
Snag the heads and intake manifold sell the long block bam all done. Maybe even turn a profit.
