i test the pcm of 1999 chevy truck in a2000 truck and didn´t work
the engine doesn´t start only the full pump and the engine crank

Odds are, VATS is still enabled on the PCM. I had that problem when I first started my project, and the engine would crank over-and-over, but not run. It'd seem as if it'll start, but then die less than a second later. Get VATS turned off, and you should be good, as far as turning the motor over to run it.

Help us understand what it is you're looking to do with this setup. Will this be a street vehicle or an off-road vehicle?

If it's off-road, there's a good deal of things that can be disable on the PCM:
1. VATS
2. EGR / A.I.R.
3. Rear o2 sensor delete
4. COT disable
... and more

If it's a street vehicle, then depending on environmental restrictions, some things may still be required. However, as stated in previous posts, I'd start with disabling VATS, and work from there. PM "farmtruc" (Allen - Nelson Performance). He can take care of what ya need done. Shyt, he can even help ya with a lil extra if the price is right for ya.

BTW, there's not much room for frugal-ness when it comes to customizing. Best of luck.
