Oreilly or Autozone will scan your codes for you. Just be sure you make them show you the readout if they won't let you do it yourself. My Oreilly store lets me do my own but they know me pretty well there.

yeha i know about the auto parts stores will check it for me
i went over to one and they checked it and it was showing a p0300 code and then they cleared it and it hasn't came back
knock on wood, lol
so from that i don't know
im looking at buying a small scanner because having to drive to the auto parts store all the time sucks because its starting to get old, the workers know who i am by name now
