Centerline has a bunch with 4.5" BS, Eagle also. When my OEM tires wear down more (I've only got 10K on trk), I'm going 20x9.5's with 305/50's and 5.5" BS and adding factory flares if necessary. I can go 325's later if I wish, but don't want tires outside of flare so 4.5" BS is not good with a narrow flare.

Centerline sells ton of 20x8.5's choices with 5" BS which remain tad inside non-flared fenders. Most common tire seems to be 275/55 which is fairly meaty. I'd rather not use flares but don't want to go with 8.5"ers as they are bare minimum for 305's. Want truck looking like a truck so will choose a conservatively-styled wheel... don't care for outlandish pimpy styling.

Since you have a Z71, you could do what I just did. I put on BOSS 309 series 20's with Nitto Mud Grapplers. I have the color matched fender flares on my truck. I'm going to get another set for daily driver, but I have a show vehicle and need a good aggressive look for on the floor. I should be getting a pic of my truck in a day or two and will post it. Instead of trying to pull the block, you could get bigger tires and use your torsion bar to lift up the front to fit bigger tires and give a flat ride. My torsion bars are up about 2" on each side and the truck looks really nice. I've gotten a lot of complements on it in the 6 days the rims and tires have been on the vehicle.

Here is the pic. Not great, but what my phone can do. I will try and get a better one in next few days.

Looks like Vogt Aircraft's parking lot in Grand Prairie. If so, be sure you lock that truck down tight. I got mine stolen one mile from there in April? and it hasn't been recovered.
