weird closed loop problem

Bank two seems to be doing that but bank one started at .770v n climbed higher. I disconnected bank two to keep it in open loop n drove it. It took prob 5 minutes and driving time for it to start coming down and began fluctuating in the. 330- .400 range. Tomorrow before work ill swap 02sfor around see if the problem cadets to the other side

Ok quick question the engine harness side should the tan and purple 02 wires both have around 5 volts?
