Sick truck!
Sick truck!
No harm here. But u guys are thinking of a small frame turbo. This turbo is literally more than 1.5 times physically larger than a 76mm t4 you're used to seeing.
Characteristics of this turbo compared to a 76 t4 are totally different.
You can check out Magnum's website. They have the specs posted.
This truck will easily run tens. Just what the customer wanted.
I would have chosen a precision or garret but I'm done fighting with them on why their turbos smoke. Not all of them but when they do they act like they have no clue

gotchya, didnt know it was T4. What size turbine?
04 RCSB 5.3, Homemade 80mm FM, TU1, TH400
It's a little larger than a T4.
Has a 4" downpipe as well. Not expanded from three inch.
3" outlet on the compressor side too.
It's just a good strong stout turbo that has worked well with many combinations.
This turbo replaced the 78mm mid frame turbo Masterpower had but Magnum took it and installed an 80mm wheel.
Sleepr has the Masterpower and it runs over 135mph in an extcab and 6.2.
Just as a comparison.
Also the red '09 we did with a forged 5.7 ran tens on 12psi.
This turbo is definitely our choice for a street and strip truck.
Great spool and a huge turbine 1.15 ar. Which don't mean anything unless u know the specs.
