    If it is that hillbilly guy I think he has alot more mods than that! And his PCM was tuned.

    i had a 150 shot on a 5.3 with stock internals and a flow and hypertch 87 octane tunning with 92 octane. never had a problem with the motor, went threw one tranny after about 12 bottles and 12k miles.
    old set up: 2002 chevy 5.3, procharger 12lbs boost, asm headers, ls1 edit, flames, 20inch budniks

    New Set up: 2004 chevy 5.3 ext cab, 12 inch twisted suspension lift, 36's, exhaust.
    future mods: 150-200 shot, ls1 edit, air intake, stall, 5.13 gears, 12s or bust

    you can run a 200 shot with stock internals on a 5.3. all u need is ls1 edit and colder plugs

    How much can a stock ls1 hold, i heard 150 was pushing it,

    A bunch of my buddies have ran a 250 shot on stock trans ams, all they had done to them was exhaust and slicks and the fastest time was a 11.8

    I'm going to be trying a 150 shot on my lil 6.0 and a cam but I'll make sure I have a good tune from allen first.
