when i had the single i used the greddy profec type s i believe. i liked it for what it was, had a low and high setting with adjustments. also had a gain control.

this build i go off spring pressure and use timing to dial in power level. With this you can leave on less power and easily ramp it up to your desired power level.

the AMS controllers are Tits but arent for everyone
    2002 Lightning - GT headed 5.5Litre w/ Twin 7665s
    2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s
    2010 Silverado crewcab Z71 - 5.3litre w/ procharger
    2000 Wrangler - 5.3litre with some stance
    2014 Xsport- 3.5 Eco boost

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference

I would love a good controller but only use cheap manual. Do you mind sharing the gains you got with the Ams? How much et gain for cost?

So whet can y'all do with these badass controllers. What could a set up like mine stand to gain from one?

damm good question,i dont want to spend on something pretty if there really is no gain....be cool just to slap one on your set up to see an actual difference if any.
