well im installing the transgo HD2 now, easier then heck to install, but im waiting on a new 1-2 Acumulator housing that that ruined by stuffing a spacer sleeve inside, and waiting on new aluminum accumulators and a transgo seperator plate, gonna remove the servo and see if they even installed a vette servo or not. Geez what a mess.

I don't have an ls1 or a truck, I have a 1974 black z28 with a 400 hp 383 stroker mated to a th400.
I took my transmission to these @#$@'s because it was out of the car and wouldnt shift into gear COLD, but when it did it ran great.
Immediately when I got it back I noticed the rear seal was the same old one but they guaranteed it was rebuilt and would work great... after 650 bucks.
A couple weeks later I drop in the engine and I go to put it into gear and nothing happens at all so we take it back and they claim the front pump is bad and so we let em change it.
Well they charged 700 dollars, 350 for remove and reinstall which first of all was a rip off because removing this transmission from an old Camaro takes literally 30 minutes with a lift. So they call my dad and say that I installed the torque converter wrong and destroyed the pump. So we go pick the car up and it runs great until last week which btw it's been 3 months since their "rebuild". I notice when im stopped it smokes like crazy from the passenger side and it smells like burning oil. At the same time it has been slipping like no tommorow on top of all this I have noticed since day one that the cheap chrome pan they installed is leaking from the cheap cork gasket.
So I dropped the pan yesterday and the bottom was coated with a thin paste of metal which I could wipe off like peanut butter and I noticed the bottom of my poor defenseless camaro is coated pink I wipe it all off and I look at the header wrap which is also pink and all my passenger side of the engine which just happens to be where the transmission dipstick is has also recieved a pink paint job.
Long story short Ive spent a total of 1300 bucks for having my transmission taken apart and put back together with the same worn internals and new pump when I could of spent 800 at oreillys for a nice rebuilt 400 with a 3 year warranty. Im heading over there asap to take adavantage of my crappy 6 month warranty
yea i've been tempted to stop by lately and beat all of their asses. like i posted before i had the transmission rebuilt 8 times by them from november to beginning of may..... some of the parts i paid for were never in their..
how come anyone hasn't taken action against these a** holes? their lucky i havent burnt the place down
