ok so i checked everything out it is all hooked up right. checked on another vehicle we did but it is a 2001 the pin 33 on this computer is actually pin 43 the A/C clutch compressor with everything hooked up they still do not work but i did as you suggested and grounded it and it worked just fine with the switch in the scanner. so i am guessing i have a bad ground in the PCM? i am stumped on this. i guess i can just hook up a switch for just the high speed IDK like i said i am stumped. any help is greatly appreciated thanks everyone

pin 33 is actually different on different years. the 2001 it is actually pin 43 the A/C clutch request which is what i am asuming turns the high speed fans on. no matter what i try it will not work until i ground it staight to ground. this has been a common problem for us here at the shop we can never get the high speed side to work. some have suggested to just run 2 relays. the low speed keeps the vehicle cool with no problems but it is not right and i need to figure out what i am doing wrong i am just that type of a person

That is your problem right there. You don't need to use the AC clutch request, you need the AC recirc which is Pin 33 on the RED connector. I just double checked my factory manuals to make sure. Wire it to this and do the appropriate tune adjustment and it will work.
