The wires should be blue, blue/white, green, and green/white; These are the subwoofer wires and will already be filtered at 80hz LPF. You can use all four for your LOC but make sure it is in phase(best way is to use the striped wires for your negatives and solid wires for your positives). I usually left a foot or two folded up and tied with the LOC in case an aftermarket radio is desired later. If you are adding an amp that will be for mids and highs then you can either use the harness behind the a/c controls or the one that Trey (dropem) mentioned.
Sweet man. Yea im hooking up another amp for my sub. Ill go ahead and get the wires for my LOC from underneath the cupholder. Thanks alot man

Cool, sound good? If it is out of phase it will cause the sub to not play very loud. Were the wires you used in the 4-pin harness that is all by it's lonesome? It's been about 3 years now since I've messed with one so my memory is a little foggy on the exact colors.

It does sound good. No it doesnt phase anymore. The way i had it it sounded really crappy. I didnt find any 4-pin harnesses. There was a crap load of wires underneath there. I just found two that were twisted with eachother and t'd off of those.

I'm in dire need of some myself. You don't realize how much it helps until you go from a matted truck to an unmatted truck.
