    Right on, Pioneer's 6-disc DVD 7" in dash monitor is probably still cheaper by the time you find a good working factory 6-disc(half of the ones I've seen lock up and won't take or eject discs) and have the dealer program it to your truck. You should tell your dad what I told mine: "My truck, my money, I'll put in it what I want to put in it."

    $150 radio + $150 iPod = 30000 songs at your fingertips.

    I bought an 80g iPod classic and use about 13g of it for my over 200 cd's.

    I hate ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec) that Ipods use, its all about high quality MP3 (320kbits) or FLAC on a flash drive.

    Then show him this thread so he can see that factory is not always the best option, or save your money for it yourself.
