ok thanks guys i was just wondering. say you have a built motor with the edelbrock intake and elbo with a 90mm tb. is there any gain in switching from that setup to the 4 bbl tb. bolth sized to match the motor. or any gain if u had a forced induction. lets say u had a tb with elbo that flows 1000 cfm then switch to a 4bbl that flows 1000cfm. proly wouldnt make a diffrence. i understand the air pump part on how motors flow.

From what i've been reading you won't notice the change so much in a forced induction situation. However, in a NA situation you can gain some low end and throttle response from the 4bbl throttle body because the elbow adds plenum volume, decreasing your lower end response.

someone correct me if i'm wrong.
