    Amen to that brother. We may have some conflicting opinions elsewhere but when it comes to car audio we always know best. That's what makes the world go around.

    thanks for the info lo-lyf,never knew those wires were there.This will help me seeing how i do not want to give up my factory radio.I think i will coil up about 4' under the cup holder incase i go with a aftermarket radio later on,then i will have enuf rca to reach that radio.
    Nothing stock...I either broke it or replaced it before I broke it!!

    You are welcome. Good plan on leaving some slack, that's how the pros do it. Also, I was told by my old boss(the true mobile electronics guru) to leave the factory sub plugged in. It will not cause any cancellation by leaving it connected and will ensure that you don't burn up the Bose amp. You don't want an amp running nothing.
