JL w5's are super expensive for the average person....especially if u have to buy 3 of them....i bet they would sound great tho...i have a 10w3v3 in a console box...best sounding sub ive ever owned....it will be hard for me to do anything but JL subs when i do another system

^^+1 coming from a die hard Rockford and Diamond audio dude this means a lot, I love the way some JL's sound. I am halfway tempted to use JL instead of Diamond but I am still not sure.

i just installed some alpine sps600 speakers front and rear in the CCSB with the factory deck and i felt the need for a lil more bump... so i just bought one of these and from the measurements i took it should fit behind the seat. should do good for what i'm wanting out of it.

I finally found the old school Fosgate HX2's I was looking for for a year.
I just have to get the two 500w amps for them now.

I am in it for the sound quality, not quantity. Most of what I listen to is Rock and Country.

I run everything mids/highs Focal, JL for the amps, and Old School Fosgate for the subs.

I would do DD, but I dont have the room.

    A buddy's roomate has a 2007 tahoe with 3 DD 9500 15's and 3 DD amps running about 18,000 watts.

    that shit is insane.

Forged 347 with a big shot on the way.
    Twins added after that.

I have a probox like the one in prior pics its pretty heavy bout 40-50 pounds, but super solid great deep bass. I run 1 memphis Mclass 10 " with an mtx 300 watt rms monoD amp and it hits harder then two low end JL 12"s. GO memphis you wont regret it plus great warrenty. you want big bass run one 15 "mclass dual basket i watched one move in and out a good 4.5 to 5" insane.Or just bust out The JACKHAMMER!!!!!
