Looks like everyone that leaks is by a bend. Maybe that is why it is not sealing. Due to the contour of the pipe

Put your hand near where you think the leak is coming from. Do you feel hot air on your hand? If not, move your way up from the clamps to the header collectors. Feel air anywhere else? If not, it could be the gaskets on the block. What gaskets did you use for the LTs?
And yes, Moze is right--the Pacesetters are kind of thin-walled and have a slightly tinny sound to them...

Tinny is a descriptive word of the sound....yet I heard Clifford's headers before I knew what was on it, and they're not Pacesetter brand.

I know what the word is...I was meaning how does tinny sound? Like an example of something I can listen to to get an idea of what they would sound like!!!

we use them every day in heavy duty applications, I usually use copper silicone on them before putting them one, seals them up nice

ya ,put some high temp on them ,then tighten the crap out of them .Ive had the same issuue and ffixed them that way.i have these all over my exhaust.i personally think theyre awesome clamps. The headers do have a tap to them also.you could use some ball and sockets like i ultimately ended up doing on my header to exhaust connection.flowmaster made the ball and sockets, fyi.good luck ,the high temp should do it for ya.

Clifford was pretty quiet the last two times I saw him and he doesn't tick per se (like an exhaust leak) but you can tell there are headers present.
