    I followed the 'burban on 67-72 chevy's website. Nice piece of work.

    I wish your SUV article had a little more on the current guys, not just the stock stuff.

    Welcome to the site. Glad to have you. Being you are about to start a swap I wish you luck ahead of time. I would say go 5.3... but if the price is right a 4.8 is a good start.

    Sell the 4.8 for more than you paid to a rebuilder type shop (they're all over out in the country) and use the procedes to step up.
