Last update is that I put together the trans, I mount a Pessure gauge to it, Idle at 225-250 and on 20-30%TPS rises to 300+, so no clue what is going on here.

I talk to Allen, and he told me no way tune can make this happen, and gave me FLT numbre, but can't get to anyone, just an answering machine.

    Any tips on this event?

Do you have the Transgo vacuum mod kit controlling the pressure or are you using the factory electronic pressure control (EPC)?

EPC on the trans, no vacum, just read good things and bad things form the vacumm upgrade....the bad things where more on the long run.

I just talk to Dana at Pro Built Automatics and he told me that this was a mechanical problem pointing the slides inside the pump (no clue what a Slide is?) So he told me to change the Pump and pass all the TransGo stuf to the new one, and he's passing tonight a "List" of the parts I need to buy to make my trans hold the HP of my dogish 5.3!!!!!

No case issues just yet, but never the less I just stop the truck and changing tomorrow the pump. All Selonoids R new and doble check in range outside the trans !!!!! with that bible manual parameters.

If u got any ideas, please let me know, I never had issues on a 4L60E, and for that matter never had a 400HP plus engine pushing one!!!! So as I stated before, Clueless!!!!

Not handy. It should be printed in the ATSG book

yeap, it was, nice to meet slide, slide was not happy to meet me cause I toss her to the garbage LOL

    UPDATE

Chage new pump and new EPC, even duh it was giving a nice reading out side the trans, I had some issues before with TPS sensor that read perfect and still send an anormal signal to the PCM.

Don't know who did the job, but know, the pressure at idle is 78-83 and the WOT pressure is 225.

Still the 3 to 4th felling is not present, but when u manually put 3rd u can feel and see the RPMS changing, so 4th is present, but does not feel the upper change, and it still dont lock the TCC.

I' changing the valve body, probably is craked somewhere inside, and I just can't see, soon I'll change the whole truck and probabl the failure will go LOL

Thanls for been there for us (truck and me) really apreciated.
