Couldn't find any info on an easy way to do it, or pics of anyone elses mounts, so Here is my setup, on a 28" radiator.

Fan (I think it's mounted upside down in my truck, but it doesn't really matter and it fit's better this way.

Lower bracket (1-1/4"x 1/8" flat stock)

Lower radiator support, notice the nut clips where the lower bracket mounts, and the two notches made to clear the bolt heads where the fan bolts to the bracket.

Upper bracket, 2 pieces of 1-1/4"x1/8" strap and a length of 1" angle, plus two small risers to connect the strap to the angle.

All mounted to the fan, ready to go in.

Installed, the top bracket attatches to the fan w/ (3) 6mm bolts, and (2) 1/4" bolts on the bottom.

The brackets look OK IMHO, nothing I'm real proud of, but they work, are simple and pretty solid.

I will be making a cover w/ my sheetmetal brake that will hide the radiator mounting brackets and the fan mount brackets out of some steetmetal painted to match the truck, or maybe some aluminum sheet.
