Ok, well, I looked and looked...but I had to resort to calling O'Reilly and they said '03 and up did have one. They aren't always right, but just as an extra measure, I would consult the owner's manual...

I will look for the filter tonight in my '06 and I will check the owners manual too. I know my '04 ext. cab didn't have one though

TAKE THE BTTM COVER OFF OF THE UNIT INSDE THE CAB. THERE WILL BE A DOOR WITH I THINK 2 SCREWS ON IT AT THE RIGHT OF THE UNIT AT THE BTTM. OPEN THE DOOR AND THERE WILL BE 2 FILTERS THAT ARE SLID IN PULL ONE OUT THEN THE OTHER IS RIGHT NEXT TO IT. PRETTY EASY, IT JUST TOOK ME A WHILE TO FIND THE FILTER DOOR.
