    Hey thanks for the welcome....

    PS..i've got a 700R4, not a 400...not to sound rude or nothing...i was thinkin it would bolt up fine since its pretty much the same as a 4L60E just without all the solenoids and stuff...I just didn't know if since it wasn't all electronically controlled if it would cause problems??

    You can use the 700r4. Buy a extension for the torque converter guide. The PCM will need to be setup as a manual. NelsonPerformance can get it rolling for you. You will need a TV cable bracket and adapter for the throttle.

    The guide is available from Hughes, I believe, and the bracket, lever and TV cable are available from hotrodlane.cc .
