sounds like a 32" dually tire. should be pretty easy to find
00 FRC - just top end, exhaust, and a hot-air intake
    99 Sierra - 5.3 / 5spd

My mother in law replaced the nitto 285/50/20s on her Sierra just cause they were near wear bars within 10th of an inch. 50k miles only thing I personally didn't like about them is they seem shorter than others in that size and road humming.

I got her a set of cooper discovery ats 285/50/20 as well and look a good inch taller in the side wall. So far so good.

285/50/20 sounds like a good combo. If my budjet allowed I might consider a new set of wheels. Something simple and stealthy. When I looked at the BFG site the 235's were the next 85 side wall available going back from the 12" wide tires. I would like to get another 1" but they drop to a shorter sidewall. But one big plus - those 235's I remember to be roughly $50 cheaper a tire and will probably give the front end a break not to mention better mileage.

    We''ll see.

Have 285/55R20 hankook ATM/rf10's w/ 5-6k on them, no issues and barely any wear so far. Worst part is they are now made in Korea. Next set will be cooper at3's.

I have over 80k miles on a set of 305/55R20 Mickey Thompson ATZ's on my 06 lbz workhorse. I have towed frequently (3 times/week average) and grossed over 30k over 1/2 the time. Also plenty of time on back roads and off road (loaded). Cooper makes the tires for Mickey Thompson

    Cooper makes a 255/85R16 skinny 33"
